Breast Lift
Breast lift is a technique in which the lower pole of the breast and nipple areolar complex are surgically brought to a higher position. Sagging of the breast can happen mainly because of two reasons. First is because of the volume loss e.g. Aging and after delivery. The second reason, a heavier breast will come down because of the weight in the lower pole. So, it is critical to decide why the breast is sagging. If the breast is sagging because of the weight then, a breast reduction is going to help her to have a stable result. If she has a deflated and saggy breast, she may need a breast lift along with implant augmentation.
Augmentation mastopexy
This is a procedure in which a breast implant is used to give the central mount and over that the breast is lifted and placed to give a reasonably good volume and lift. This gives the surgeon and the patient a chance to select the implant and to achieve the desired volume.
